The Optimum Natural Hair Repair Mask

I have been trying several ingredient combinations for a homemade mask to make your hair it’s healthiest for a while now and I ultimately stumbled on the ideal combination.


  1. 1 TBS Honey (a natural humectant)
  2. 3 TBS Olive oil (for strength and shine)
  3. 1 Avocado (a hair powerhouse of oils that light and moist) 
  4. 1 Egg (for the natural moisture and protein) 


  1. Mix all the ingredients together until they form a smooth mixture. Beginning with the ends, rub the goop (Because it's goopy and it feels a little like you're having a food fight with yourself at the beginning) into your hair right on up to the scalp.
  2. Let it sit for approximately 15 minutes, then wash carefully.
  3. You'll be kind of surprised because you won't feel much different but once your hair start drying HOLY WOW! Such shine and softness. 

It'll make you wonder why you pay so much for intense deep conditioners when you can handle it on your own and the ingredients are just sitting in your kitchen.
